Since 2015 PTVN has successfully supported Vinmart and Vinmart+ supermarkets for over 4.000 Tobacco Product License applications.
The license is issued by a competent state agency to an organization or individual when they meet the prescribed standards and conditions, the license is a legal requirement for all traders who import, distribute, wholesale and retail tobacco products (including e-cigarettes).
- There are three types of license: distribution, wholesale or retail
- Normally it takes 15 working days from the date of valid application to obtain a license
- The licenses are valid for 5 years, upon expiration the licenses need be reapplied for
PTVN will advise of the type of license needed, collate the necessary information, prepare the documentation and submit the application to the relevant authority on your behalf.
