She is a founding member of PTVN and has been practising for 20 years, her areas of expertise are: Consulting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Franchising and other commercial areas. Prior to founding PTVN, she held the position of Deputy Director of Promotion at a leading Vietnamese Law Firm. Through her extensive experience she has developed a thorough and systematic approach to deal with the specific needs of both foreign and domestic clients. She is the lead on the areas of investment consulting, distribution, merger and acquisition and franchising. Clients such as Aeon Mall, Lock and Lock, Vingroup, Vinpearl, Phu Thai, Volga – Dnepr Airlines, Mitsubishi of Tokyo, Recoh, 1C Group, Toyota, Nissan, Thanh Cong Group, Wonbang, One Mount Group etc., all place their trust with her and hold her in the highest regard.
