Story
After spending a number of years as the Vice President and Deputy General Director of one of the largest law firms in Vietnam, Le Thi Minh Phuong believed clients would benefit from a more personalized and bespoke service and so formed PTVN. She is responsible for the vision and strategy which has made the company the highly professional, respected and reliable firm it is today.
With over 20 years of extensive experience in the field of investment consulting she has successfully supported numerous foreign companies both at the initial stage of investing in Vietnam and when the business becomes fully operational. She has an impeccable knowledge of areas such as distribution, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, aviation, education and health, gained in working with companies including: Vingroup, Vinhomes, Vinpearl, Vincommerce, Vinfast, T&T Group, Phu Thai Group, Volga – Dnepr Airlines, Mitsubishi of Tokyo, AeonMall, Charmvit Group and Lock & Lock, etc.
