Since 2015 PTVN has successfully supported Vinmart and Vinmart+ in over 4.000 new and extended business licenses across Vietnam.
This license is a legal requirement for any business with activities related to the production, importation, distribution, wholesaling or retail of alcohol. There are separate licenses for the production of industrial alcohol, the manual production of alcohol for commercial purposes, distribution of alcohol, wholesaling of alcohol and the retail sales of alcohol.
- Normally these licenses take around 15 working days from the date of application to process.
- With the exception of the production of industrial alcohol where the license is valid for 15 years, these licenses are valid for 5 years from the date of issuance. Upon expiration organizations and individuals must ensure the necessary steps are taken in order for the license to be re-granted.
